AND THE WONDER PROJECT

This autumn, 23 artists came together in a grassroots project exploring the possibilities of 'meanwhile use' to enrich our streets and create a landmark addition to Artwave's 30th anniversary, transforming 19 empty Lewes windows into Windows of Wonder.

A few bits of good news as the Wonder project wraps up for winter hibernation.

  • Lewes District Council have extended our use of the old M&Co unit in the Cliffe till the end of November, so you'll now see new window displays by OVESCO and the Artists and Makers Fair.

  • The project has a survey!                                                    If you've enjoyed what we've done, hop over to the survey page and let us know.

  • Finally a big thank you to all who visited our sister project Wonder at Fitzroy House - with over 2000 visitors, it highlights the tremendous potential this wonderful building has to offer the cultural life of the town.
